Our Misson

About us:

I hate skin cracks.  They hurt. Balms and lotions help prevent them but sometimes they don’t help once a crack forms.  I wanted something that could hold the crack from the flexing and opening that made them painful.  I spent years trying different things and even worked with a chemist to figure out the right type of glue (adhesive?) that was strong and rigid enough to hold the crack but flexible enough to flex with my skin so that it wouldn’t peel up around the edges like a scab.  It took a long time, but we nailed it!

Bio:

I live in the Pacific Northwest on our historic family farm with my wife and two kiddos.  It’s chaos around here!  The farm is cute, but not fancy.  I like the work, but it does detract from the outdoor adventure that I like even more; mainly mountain biking and skiing.  All these activities dry out my hands and, after age 40, I started getting skin cracks.  They suck. They suck.
